I tried to stay away from the internet and online habbits for quite sometime, (all of november) and i feel like it may have helped me find the mindset i needed to tap into.

I took some time off of ball, trainning, and so forth.

Now i am back in vancouver kickin it with big stikks and no joke on the regular so we will have to get those cameras rolling again. who knows.

All i have to really state is that NJ wants to drop a 35minute clip online next week... hmm... we'll see... before x-mas for sure though..
